做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
