做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
