做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
