做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
