做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
