做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
