做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
