做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
