做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
