做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
