做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
