做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
