做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
