做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
