做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
