做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
