做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
