做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
