做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
