做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
