做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
