做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
