做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
