做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
