做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
