做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
