做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
