做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
