做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
