做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
