做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
