做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
