做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
