做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
