做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
