做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
