做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
