做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
