做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
