做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
