做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
