做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
