做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
