做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
