做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
