做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
