做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
