做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
