做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
