做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
